This November 28th, Moneytrans joins the global #GivingTuesday movement for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving. Moneytrans wants to inspire people to join the experience, help to create a collective awareness about the importance of solidarity and contribute to the development of our environment, especially in education issues.
#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. Since its inaugural year in 2012, #GivingTuesday has become a movement that celebrates and supports giving and philanthropy with events throughout the year and a growing catalog of resources.
Using the hashtag #GivingTuesday as an instrument to spread this idea on social networks, we aim to mobilize all citizens, families, organizations and companies to contribute to this global day, with the ultimate goal of expanding solidarity 365 days of the year.

Created by the team at the Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact at the 92nd Street Y—a cultural center in New York City that, since 1874, has been bringing people together around the values of service and giving back—#GivingTuesday connects diverse groups of individuals, communities and organizations around the world for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving. A team of influencers and founding partners joined forces, collaborating across sectors, offering expertise and working tirelessly, to launch #GivingTuesday and have continued to shape, grow and strengthen the movement.
How does Moneytrans participate?
Moneytrans joins the global #GivingTuesday movement in two different ways:
1. FREE ONLINE TRANSFER during #GivingTuesday
#GivingTuesday brings together people and entities from all over the world for one common goal: to give. This day is an opportunity for individuals and corporations to give in many ways: time, a donation, a gift, or the power of voice within local communities.

The more we are, the greater the donation
Moneytrans carries out a solidarity campaign that will allow to donate to Save the Children a 30% of the profits generated from online sales from countries such as Belgium, Spain and the United Kingdom during the period (November 20 to December 20, 2017). Moneytrans promotes this campaign thanks to the association to the program UNIDOS of Save the Children and, specifically, in support of the program ‘Inclusive Education’.
