It is fascinating to discover realities different from ours, even when it comes to food. It is wonderful to discover and open up to new things, to the history of a community, to its culture, to its eating habits and, at the same time, to acquire an increasingly broader vision of the reality that surrounds us. Our way of eating is therefore part of our cultural identity!

Each migrant has a name, a face and a story. The reason of the existence of our company and our main commitment is, and has always been, to integrate and offer our support to these heroes. Therefore, Moneytrans Italia would like to get closer to you. By sharing, your migration stories, your memories, the love for your land, what binds you to your loved ones, the experiences, your culinary talent and, of course the little cooking secrets you may have.
Our first talent is special and comes from far away; he opened the doors of his house for us and cooked a delicious dish, while telling his story!
Pulao with daal and fry fish
Our first talent comes from India and his name is Stanley. When he was a boy he left his country to come to Italy with the intention of helping his family. Since 1989 he has worked with the family of a famous Milanese photographer.
Together with his wife Meena they hosted us in their kitchen, and they prepared a delicious dish for us: Pulao Rice with Daal and Fry fish. It is a unique dish consisting of rice with mixed vegetables, lentils and fried fish. You can see the complete recipe on our Moneytrans Kitchen Talent program on YouTube:
