Today, being a special day as World Smile Day, Moneytrans has received the greatest gift from Democratic Republic of Congo. We are particularly proud and keen to share with you this story. This lovely story is about children, their families and the active promoters of education and human rights in Democratic Republic of Congo. They are the real protagonists of this story .
Moneytrans provides support to improve the Lycée M’Elisa. The school was created in 2003 thanks to Madame Elisabeth Betty Mweya Tol’Ande and thanks to her work and persistence efforts to promote quality education for all, particularly education for those who need it the most. She is the real author of today’s success. Une histoire avec Moneytrans, un partenariat pour des enfants Don du cœur
Moi, Elisabeth Mweya Tol’Ande, je m’appelle Betty Mweya, du diminutif d’Elisabeth. J’ai créé en 2003, une école, Lycée M’Elisa, pour contribuer à une excellente éducation et instruction des enfants des familles du niveau de vie moyen et ou faible. J’ai installé le Lycée M’Elisa dans la commune de Lingwala, sur l’avenue Kalembelembe n°275.
Le Lycée M’Elisa comprend les options suivantes : maternelle, primaire, secondaire général et humanités. Il a pour vocation, donner aux enfants issus de ménages à faibles revenus, une éducation de qualité. Grâce à cela, ces enfants auront aussi droit à une éducation de qualité.
Moneytrans vient de me rejoindre dans mon idéal en faisant repeindre le bâtiment de l’école et les murs de la clôture avec de couleurs vivantes dont le bleu est le plus dominant. Le portail en bleu avec des écrits blancs attirent les parents et les enfants. L’école a un aspect très gai. Je suis très fière de mon école. Grâce à Moneytrans, le Lycée M’Elisa a acquis une grande visibilité et attire.
La proposition de Moneytrans de repeindre mon école m’a été transmise par Dr. Serge Mbay, un partenaire de Moneytrans. Cet acte représente à mes yeux et à ceux de mes collaborateurs, une chance inouïe, un cadeau du ciel. En effet, pendant les grandes vacances, je me demandais où allais – je trouver de l’argent pour peindre ne fut-ce que la façade du bâtiment et le portail. Plus les jours passaient, plus je me désespérais de ne pouvoir le faire.
Ce qu’il faut que je vous dise, c’est que près de 50% d’élèves de mon école sont des enfants qui proviennent des parents qui ne sont pas capables d’honorer leurs engagements entièrement. Le tiers est composé d’enfants de la catégorie que j’ai baptisée avec amour « enfants don du cœur ». Ce sont des enfants des familles pauvres.
En apportant les belles couleurs et en créant de tableaux muraux pour permettre aux enfants du Lycée M’Elisa et à leurs enseignants d’évoluer dans un beau cadre, Moneytrans a soutenu l’éducation de tous ces enfants « Don du cœur ». Comment ? Le financement de la couleur et de tableaux a suffi à couvrir les frais de minerval qu’un bon nombre de parents n’a pas pu libérer.
Au nom de ces enfants, de leurs parents, et de toute l’équipe du Lycée M’Elisa, je remercie Moneytrans pour ce beau cadeau, signe de son attention pour les enfants de la République Démocratique du Congo.

A story with Moneytrans, a partnership for children Gift of the heart
I, Elisabeth Mweya Tol’Ande, am Betty Mweya, short for Elisabeth. In 2003, I created a school, Lycée M’Elisa, to contribute to an excellent education and instruction of children from middle and low income families. I established M’Elisa High School in Lingwala municipality, on Kalembelembe Avenue n°275.
The Lycée M’Elisa includes the following options: nursery, primary, general secondary and humanities. Its vocation is to provide quality education to children from low-income households. Thanks to this, these children will also have the right to a quality education.
Moneytrans has just joined me in my ideal by repainting the school building and the walls of the fence with vibrant colors whose blue is the most dominant. The portal in blue with white writings attract parents and children. The school looks very cheerful. I am very proud of my school. Thanks to Moneytrans, M’Elisa High School has acquired great visibility and attracts.
Moneytrans’ proposal to repaint my school was passed on to me by Dr. Serge Mbay, a Moneytrans partner. For me and my colleagues, this act represents an incredible opportunity, a gift from heaven. Indeed, during the summer holidays, I wondered where I was going to find money to paint even the façade of the building and the portal. The more the days passed, the more I despaired I could not do it.
What I have to tell you is that almost 50% of the students in my school are children who come from parents who are not able to fully honour their commitments. One third is composed of children of the category I lovingly baptized “children gift of the heart”. They are children from poor families.
By bringing beautiful colors and creating wall paintings to allow the children of the Lycée M’Elisa and their teachers to evolve in a beautiful setting, Moneytrans supported the education of all these children “Gift from the heart”. How? Funding for color and paintings was enough to cover the cost of fees that many parents could not afford.
On behalf of these children, their parents, and the entire M’Elisa High School team, I thank Moneytrans for this beautiful gift, a sign of its concern for the children of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
